Abstract

The present document defines the stage 2 description of the "Application Programming Interface and Loader Requirements" [11] internal to the UICC. This stage 2 describes the functional capabilities and the information flow for the UICC API implemented on the Java Card™ Platform, 3.0.1 Classic Edition [2], [3] and [4]. The present document includes information applicable to network operators, service providers and UICC, server and database manufacturers.
