Abstract

The present document defines the stage two description of the "Application Programming Interface and Loader Requirements" [11] internal to the UICC. This stage two describes the functional capabilities and the information flow for the UICC API implemented on the Java Card™ 2.2.2 specification [2], [3] and [4]. The present document includes information applicable to network operators, service providers and UICC, server and database manufacturers.
