This non-Government document was adopted on 17 October 1990 and is approved for use by the Department of the Army, U. S. Army Aviation Systems Command (AV). The indicated industry group has furnished the clearance reqiured by existing regulations. Copies of the document are stocked by the DOD Single Stock Point, Standardization Documents Order Desk, Building 4D, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadephia, PA 19111-5094 for issue to DOD activities only. Contractors and industry groups must obtain copies directly from Society of Automotive Engineers, Inc., 400 Commonwealth Drive, Warrendale, PA 15096.
