It also covers appliances used by laymen in shops, in light industry and on farms (such as catering equipment, and industrial and commercial cleaning appliances). The rated voltage of the appliances are not more than 250 V for single-phase appliances and 480 V for other appliances. The contents of the corrigenda of January 2002 and of December 2005 have been included in this copy. This consolidated version consists of the fourth edition (2001), its amendment 1 (2004) and its amendment 2 (2006). Therefore, no need to order amendments in addition to this publication.
