Omfang

The present document: • gives guidance on the application of the ETSI documents harmonizing terminal analogue interface to be connected to the Public Telephone Network; this includes voice and non-voice terminals for switched and leased lines; • is therefore applicable to Telecommunications Terminal Equipment intended for Analogue Access to Public Telephone Network. By extension the present document may also be applied to equipment offering private interfaces based on similar technologies. The present document is intended to be an overview of all the parts of the TR 103 000 series of documents and should be used together with each single part or sub-part of this series.
