Abstract

This document defines the data and information needed throughout the entire life cycle of a facility, from planning and design through construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning. The facility life cycle information (FLCI) will support integrity management in a safe, reliable, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner throughout all phases in the life cycle of a facility. This document outlines the scope of the FLCI, detailing stakeholders, and information needs. FLCI, including documents and drawings, constitutes a major part of the facility documentation.This document is developed for oil and gas facilities and can be used in other industries.
