Abstract

Lays down specific requirements for monitoring equipment for noble gases and gaseous effluents, measuring in accident and post-accident conditions the volumetric activity of radioactive noble gases in effluents and the total discharge of noble gas activity over a given period. Does not deal with sampling procedures and laboratory analysis methods.
