Abstract

The present document specifies the Abstract Test Suite (ATS) and partial Protocol Implementation eXtra Information for Testing (PIXIT) proforma for the H225.0 protocol for Terminal, Gatekeeper and Gateway. The objective of the present document is to provide conformance tests that give a greater probability of inter-operability. The ATS & PIXIT specification covers the procedures described in ITU-T Recommendation H.323 [3] and ITU-T Recommendation H.225.0 [4]. The ISO standard for the methodology of conformance testing (ISO/IEC 9646-1 [6], ISO/IEC 9646-2 [7] and ISO/IEC 9646-3 [8]) is used as basis for the test methodology.
