Abstract

This draft ETS contains technical requirements for implementing the transparent, as well as local dispatching at the receiving side or a combination of both. The objective of this ETS is to allow the transmission of: - a data file within transparent mode with, or without, additional information concerning the file to be transmitted; - helpful information concerning the receiver to authorise, at the reveiving side, the dispatching of the received file.
