Abstract

This first part of EN 301 004 defines the Message Transfer Part (MTP) level 3 functions and messages using the services of ETS 300 438-1 [2] for use in the international network and, optionally, in national networks. The present document is applicable to the international network and is not meant to restrict national networks.
