Abstract

This test method details the standard and precise procedures for the determination of lead and cadmium extracted by acetic acid from glazed ceramic surfaces. The apparatus needed for this procedure include an atomic absorption spectrometer, lead and cadmium lamps, and glassware of chemical resistant borosilicate glass.
