Abstract

This document specifies the general requirements for the design, operation, maintenance and inspection of trampoline park facilities (TPFs).  This document applies to indoor, outdoor and mobile trampoline park facilities and related equipment associated with a trampoline park facility.  This document includes supervision levels, staff and patron training, competencies, information, maintenance and testing of trampoline park facilities and associated equipment. This document does not include trampoline park facility dismount pits.  NOTE 1 For trampoline park facility dismount pits, refer to AS 5159.2.  This document does not apply to domestic trampolines, bungee trampolines, gymnastic trampolines, trampolines intended for use on water, and inflatable trampolines and/or devices.  NOTE 2 Refer to AS 2316.1.1 for safety requirement for auto-belay devices used within trampoline part facilities.
