Omfang
This document defines basic requirements for personnel, equipment and systems for diving operations within the petroleum industry. Main focus for this NORSOK standard is diving down to 180 msw. For diving deeper than 180 msw, special consideration, evaluations and mitigating actions, some of which are specified in this standard, are required.
