This document is applicable to fixed and floating offshore installations for the production of oil and gas, including onshore facilities as described in Havtil technical and operational regulations. This document can also be used for mobile offshore units where applicable. This document identifies the requirements for design, fabrication, testing and installation of: heat, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); secondary heating medium systems; cooling and chilled water systems.
