Form This specification covers a corrosion- and heat-resistant steel in the form of sheet, strip, and plate over 0.005 inch (0.13 mm) in nominal thickness. Application These products have been used typically for parts requiring uniformly high room temperature tensile properties, oxidation resistance up to 1000 °F (538 °C), and where control of ferrite content is necessary, but usage is not limited to such applications.
