Abstract

Form This specification covers a corrosion and heat-resistant nickel alloy in the form of bars, forgings, and flash welded rings up to 5.0 inches (127mm) in least nominal cross-sectional dimension having a cross-sectional area not greater than 50 in2 (323 cm2), and stock of any size for forging or flash welded rings (see 8.5). Application These products have been used typically for parts requiring high resistance to creep and stress-rupture up to 1400 °F (760 °C) and oxidation resistance up to 1800 °F (982 °C), but usage is not limited to such applications.
