Abstract

Form This specification covers a titanium alloy in the form of cold rolled sheet and strip up to 0.100 inch (2.540 mm), inclusive, in thickness. Application These products have been used typically for parts requiring strength and cold formability up to 750 °F (399 °C), but usage is not limited to such applications. Certain processing procedures and service conditions may cause these products to become subject to stress-corrosion cracking; ARP982 recommends practices to minimize such conditions.
