Abstract

This European Standard describes points of intersection and how to use the set of standards on the analysis of genetically modified organisms. This standard contains general definitions, general requirements concerning performance criteria, validation requirements and descriptions of methods, and requirements of test reports. The aim of these analyses is to detect and to determine whether foodstuffs include ingredients derived from GMO.
