Abstract

1.1 This part of ISO 105 specifies a method for determining the resistance of the colour of textiles of all kinds and in all forms to the action of boiling dilute sodium carbonate solution. The method is mainly applicable to natural and regenerated cellulose materials. 1.2 Two tests are provided: one with and the other without the addition of a reduction inhibitor.
