Abstract

Add the following as fourth paragraph of Clause 1.1: "In the event of conflicts in terms of more restrictive requirements in national legisla-tion/regulation with the requirements of this standard, the national legislation/regulation shall take precedence as illustrated in CR 13737:2000." NOTE: The CR 13737:2000 contains: - the clarification of all legislations/regulations applicable in a country; - if appropriate, more restrictive national requirements there of; - a national contact point for the latest information.
