Abstract

This standard is applicable to the determination of total iron content in natural and contaminated waters. The maximum iron concentration that can be determined directly is approximately 1500 µg/l. Samples with a higher iron content must be diluted prior to analysis. The lowest iron concentration that can be determined is about 5 µg/l.
