Abstract

The present document extends ETSI TS 102 796 [1] to enable the replacement of advertisements in the broadcast with ones targeted at the consumer including defining how adverts are to be preloaded, defining an API for switching from broadcast to an advert and vice-versa and defining how reporting of advert playback can be done.
