Abstract

The present document reports on: - management aspects (update, configuration, etc.) of NFV-MANO functions, and - the automated deployment of Element Management (EM) and Operations Support Systems (OSS) functions specific for managing certain VNF or NS. Recommendations for the normative work to support the framework and potential solutions are also provided in the present document. The basis for the report is the NFV Architectural Framework from ETSI GS NFV 002 [i.1] and NFV-MANO Architectural Framework from ETSI GS NFV-MAN 001 [i.2].
